In what format should I send my artwork to you?
We accept most formats. The best and easiest is a high quality PDF with a 3mm bleedAll artwork should have 3mm extra all the way round to allow for cutting this means that all images and colours should go off the edge of the page.. We also except the following files:
Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Macromedia Freehand MX, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Quark Xpress 7.

Are you able to open PC and Mac files?
Yes we can open both Mac and PC files in any of the above formats. We are also able to open Microsoft Publishers files however they do need to be altered to go to print.

What paper can you print on?
Anything, from thick card to thin paper and everything in between. We can also print on specialist translucent paper. If you want us to source paper for you we will be happy to do so.

What is the thickest stock you can print on?
We can print up to a 500 micronA measurement in thousandth of a millimetre of the thickness of paper. card which is usually around a 400 GSM.Grams per Square metre, this is how much one Square metre of this paper weighs.

Are your inks environmentally friendly?
We use vegetable based inks for most of our printing and we are happy to source eco inks if your product requires them.
